Cleanups – (Spring, Fall or Anytime)
The GroundMasters cleanup is the best way to get your yard back in shape. There are many aspects to a proper cleanup, they include;
General Cleanup – removal of all debris left over from fall and winter
seasons throughout parking areas, mulch beds, lawn areas, etc.
De-thatching – thatch (power rake with machinery) all lawn areas,
blow down, and removal of all thatch and debris.
Shrub/Tree Trimming – professionally trim/prune winter kill and broken
limbs from the harsh New England winter.
Edging/Weeding – establish mulch beds with distinct edge to differentiate
from lawn area and clean out/weed all beds.
Weed Control – apply 0-0-8 weed control prevention in all planting
beds prior to mulch installation.
Mulch – install mulch in all beds.
Initial Lawn Cut – mow all lawn areas, trim all edges, and blow
down parking areas, walkways, etc.
Pesticide Application – apply pre-emergent crabgrass before the soil
temperatures reach 55°F to eliminate germination of crabgrass cultivars.
